German you actually say at work
Colleagues need sentences they can act on. A handover that sounds like an essay and never names the patient, the machine or the time has failed, even if the grammar is neat.
Die Lieferung kommt um 14 Uhr. Bitte prüfen Sie die Kühlkette und rufen Sie mich an, wenn etwas fehlt.
That is three facts: time, task, what to do if it fails. Sie is the default with someone you do not know well. The same facts to a teammate you address as du change the verb, not the content.
Kannst du die Kühlkette prüfen? Ruf mich an, wenn etwas fehlt.
Instructions and requests also use separable verbs and modal verbs. anrufen splits in the main clause. If that still moves under your feet, do separable verbs before you collect more work phrases.
The interview practice in the app is a set of questions, model answers and a simpler line if you lose the thread. Open interview practice. It does not know your CV and it does not rank you against other candidates.
If the question is which exam a visa route asks for, use the route page, not this one. Start at recognition versus the language exam or the visa index.

Questions
Is workplace German the same as the B2 essay?
No. A handover is a few clear sentences about who, what and when. A Goethe writing task is a different text with its own rubric.
Where do I practise an interview?
The app has a job-interview practice with questions and model lines. It is practice, not a promise about a real interview.
